It’s raining man! Now although I love all the fall colours, living in Amsterdam also adds a big load of non-stop rain to those colours. Coughing and sneezing becomes a regular thing and we all start craving for stews and soups. Now I can’t really help you with the first part. As for the cravings, that’s when I can recommend a thing or two! 🙂
A brand new soup bar opened her doors last week in the middle of Amsterdam called…well…De Soepbar! I hopped by yesterday to take some shots (for Deliveroo) and was surprised to discover that they literally just opened their doors a few days ago. Their summer (strawberry) concept was wrapped up and they kicked off their fall and winter concept with “4 different soups on the menu everyday, to go or eat-in, 100% organic“. Oh and in case you’re craving a salad they have an option or two of those on the menu as well!
The first 4 soups that they serve as we speak:
- Pure Tomato soup with cream
- Pumpkin Mustard soup with pumpkin seeds
- Palestinian Lentil soup with olive oil
- Indian Chickpea Curry soup
In case you postpone your visit, you might get to try one of their new flavours, as they will serve up new variations throughout the season. Fabulous!
