Mango Chutney Dip

I’m going to write the shortest and most to-the-point recipe post you’ll ever find online. My main message to all my foodies who still buy random jars/cans of dip at a supermarket: STOP! It took me less than 5 minutes to blend and season this unbelievably delicious Mango Chutney Dip and let’s be honest, anyone owning a blender can make this. Oh and if you don’t own a blender you can (1) use any other food processor or (2) just a simple fork (to mash it up). I usually keep this dip in my fridge (well covered) for about 5 days and literally eat it with anything! Imagine putting it on that perfect turkey sandwich, use it as dressing on a fresh salad or a nice white rice dish with this chutney as a perfect fresh side dish, yum!

Mango Chutney Dip


  • 1 Mango (ripe!)
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Mash the mango
  2. Chop the pepper
  3. Squeeze the lime
  4. Season it and enjoy!
